刘洋（liuyang27@genomics.cn），博士，现任华大研究院生物技术副研究员。
研究方向：主要从事基因编辑工具改造应用和干细胞治疗研究，具体包括低脱靶碱基编辑器构建及单基因遗传病治疗，通用型低致瘤性底层治疗干细胞研究，另外还包括新型基因编辑工具在地贫治疗、干细胞命运决定因子高通量筛选和靶向捕获测序中的应用。
