章申燕（zhangshenyan@genomics.cn），女，高级工程师，主要研究质谱技术在蛋白质组学及代谢组学中的开发和应用。曾在美国Cedars-Sinai Medical Center的心脏研究所和高级生物系统研究所担任博士后科学家，并承担了多个美国知名公司研发项目。期间应用质谱技术对肿瘤和心血管等多种疾病进行研究，并开发新型诊断方法。在国际学术杂志上发表多篇科技论文，并作为主要发明人申请国内国际多项发明专利。作为项目负责人主持并承担北京市科委课题。擅长技术创新和成果落地，所开发的诊断产品在国内已获得多个医疗器械注册证，并参与多个相关行业标准的起草工作。
研究方向：生物化学与分子生物学，蛋白质组学，代谢组学，临床质谱等
现任岗位：华大股份 智惠研究院 前沿技术探索专项 主任科学家；北京华大吉比爱生物技术有限公司 首席科学家兼副总经理
