孙颖（sunying6@genomics.cn），青岛华大基因研究院生物信息副研究员，研究方向为海洋微生物生态与进化研究。利用大数据、多组学、遗传学和微生物学方法，探索海洋微生物时空分布格局、微生物环境适应机制及其生态效应。参与华大主导的国际海洋微生物基因组计划，通过对目前已公开的海洋微生物宏基因组数据进行分析和深度挖掘，以发掘具有应用潜力的基因资源。截至目前，共发表 SCI 论文 17 篇，其中一作或通讯作者 7 篇，研究成果刊登在 Nature、ISME Journal等国际权威期刊上。
