李俊桦（lijunhua@genomics.cn），研究员，深圳华大生命科学研究院欧洲分院院长，深圳市未知病原体应急检测重点实验室主任；中国生物物理学会肠道菌群分会委员，中国微生物学会病毒学专业委员会青年委员，学术期刊Microbiology Spectrum编委；ISO/TC 276/SC 1/WG 2、SC 1/WG 3、ISO/TC 276/WG 3、WG4工作组专家成员；科技部、国自然基金委、广东省科技厅基金项目和人才项目评审专家库成员。主导建立了人肠道微生物组参考基因集，并开展微生物组与代谢性疾病相关研究，成果发表在《自然生物技术》《自然医学》等期刊；主导开发了新冠病毒高效测序方法，并基于宏转录组测序开展威胁人类新病原发现及监测，成果发表在《自然生态学与进化》《微生物组》等期刊；参与起草发布宏基因组测序相关国家标准两项；累计在《自然》《自然生物技术》等期刊发表论文70余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者（含共同）发表文章40余篇，获授权发明专利8项，授权软件著作权11项；入选科睿唯安（Clarivate）2019年度和2020年度全球“高被引科学家”；2021年中国产学研合作创新成果奖一等奖第五完成人。
研究方向：聚焦微生物组、病毒组、病原组研究及相关生物信息分析技术研发，致力于应用微生物组学、培养组学、生物信息学、合成生物学等创新技术，主要研究方向有：
1.研究人体微生物组、病毒组与疾病的关系
2.挖掘潜在新病原体，并研究其组学特征
3.研发新型疾病干预手段
