方琦（fangqi@genomics.cn），深圳市华大教育中心研究生导师，华大生命科学研究院副研究员，丹麦哥本哈根大学生物信息学博士。在基因组领域已有10年研究经验，主要涉及比较基因组研究生物多样性分子机制、优化超大数据量基因组比对和注释流程、利用空间转录组数据分析肿瘤微环境的分子特征、利用空间转录组构建3D胚胎发育的时空模型等课题。目前已累计在Cell、Nature、Nature Communication，Current Biology等知名杂志上发表 SCI 论文18篇。
