张和（zhanghe@genomics.cn），香港浸会大学博士，香港中文大学硕士，基因组学副研究员，杭州华大生命科学研究院执行院长。2013年加入华大本科创新班，长期从事基因组学及生物信息学研究，主要方向为复杂性状分子决定机制，群体遗传学和复杂基因组组装注释等。在CNS及系列期刊发表文章40余篇，其中（共同）第一作者或通讯作者文章6篇。深圳市海外高层次人才。
研究方向：
1.复杂性状分子决定机制，利用高通量测序、群体遗传学和生物信息学等手段，对动植物复杂性状的决定和演化机制深入研究，近年来主要围绕性别决定机制和演化。
2.人群多组学研究，通过结合基因组学、细胞组学和时空组学等多组学手段，围绕复杂疾病、健康衰老等方向开展分子机制研究，形成围绕13311i的健康评估体系和产品。
